Welcome Katie Tolks!

We’re excited to welcome Katie Tolks to East Bank Club as our new Director of Spa, Salon & Locker Rooms!

Katie brings extensive leadership experience in operations, team development, and guest experience. Most recently, she served as Practice Manager at Sparkle Aesthetics and previously as Clinic Director at Impressions Face + Body, where she built high-performing teams and delivered exceptional client experiences.

Katie earned her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with a Biomedical Engineering emphasis from Missouri University of Science & Technology. A Cum Laude graduate and former Division II student-athlete, she brings a collaborative, disciplined leadership style that reflects East Bank Club’s commitment to teamwork and exceptional member experiences.
