To ensure our team members are prepared for long-term financial health, we proudly offer a robust 401k program. In addition to team member contributions, EBC matches 50% of your contribution on the first 6%.

PARKING
For full-time team members, we offer off-site discounted monthly parking at an affordable rate. 
All employees are eligible for discounted on daily parking. On-site daily parking rate is $5, off-site daily parking is $5.

We are fortunate to have some of the best culinary professionals in the business work for us. To ensure our team members take advantage of their skills and receive an affordable lunch, all team members receive a 40% discount, $30 maximum per transaction, at The Market.

TUITION REIMBURSEMENT
Less than 2 years of service: Up to $1,000
2 - 4 years of service: Up to $1500
5 or more years of service: Up to $2,000

EBC has partnered with Tickets at Work to allow our team members access to discounted events outside the club. Team members can access discounted movies, concerts, theme park tickets, and more.
