PAID TIME OFF
At EBC, we work hard and play hard. To support you, we proudly offer a paid time off model to reward all team members for every hour worked. Even better, we don't make you wait a year to use it! Team members start accruing PTO on day one and have access to their available unused but accrued PTO after the 30th day of employment. 

          0-12 months: Up to 120 active accrual hours

          1-4 years: Up to 132 hours

          5-9 years: Up to 172 hours

          10+ years: Up to 212 hours

*The annual grant is provided in a lump sum after 1 year of employment. A maximum of 80 PTO hours can be rolled over from the previous year.

PAID PARENTAL LEAVE
Starting a family is an exciting time in our team members' lives. We are proud to offer paid parental leave so you can spend the time you need with your new addition. 
          Maternity Leave: Six weeks paid time off
          Parental Leave: Three weeks paid time off
          Adoption Bonding Leave: Three weeks paid time off

CLUB ACCESS
EBC plays an essential role in mental health for our members and our team. We are excited to offer complimentary access to the Club for you, your eligible partner, and guests. 
          Full-Time Team Members: team member, spouse or partner, and eight guest passes
          Part-Time Team Members: team member and four guest passes

SPA & SALON
We are pleased to offer our team members 20% off all salon products and services, as well as 20% off all spa products. Services are available on a walk-in basis only Monday-Thursday.
