We’re thrilled to recognize two outstanding team members for their exceptional dedication and hard work!

Chef Jeanelle Brewster came to us as a Line Cook a little over two years ago with previous experience in member focused environments. She later transitioned to a Kitchen Supervisor position at The Grill and has now been promoted to Sous Chef, supporting the team in a new way. A well-deserved step forward in her culinary journey.

Chef Ruben Guerrero first joined us over 25 years ago as a Line Cook. He’s been an integral part of our Food and Beverage team throughout his tenure whether during his time as a Prep Cook, Sous Chef, or otherwise. His recent promotion to Chef de Cuisine reflects both his exceptional leadership and culinary expertise.
