2026 Managers Meeting

We recently held our Managers Meeting at East Bank Club, featuring an inspiring conversation with Stedman Graham on Identity Leadership, personal growth, and the impact of great leadership.

Together, we reflected on how we can continue to grow as leaders, empower our teams, and elevate every interaction to create exceptional experiences for our members.

At East Bank Club, we’re committed to continuous improvement and creating a culture where both our members and team members feel valued, supported, and cared for.

Here’s to leading with purpose and continuing to strive for fives!
